Bob had undiagnosed gastric reflux which caused severe toothwear of his upper teeth and some lower teeth. His bite was raised with ceramic onlays and crowns and was referred to gastroenterologist for management of his reflux.
Chris broke his two front teeth at a dinner party when accidentally hit his teeth with ceramic plate. His two incisors were restored with porcelain veneers to minimise the preparation required to these otherwise unrestored teeth.

Kerry had composite veneers on her upper front teeth which are breaking down. These teeth were rehabilitated with all ceramic crowns.
Louisa had old composite veneers on her upper front teeth which are badly stained and leaking. These veneers were replaced with new porcelain veneers which are much more resistant to staining.
Mary has a partial denture which she did not like. The missing teeth were replaced with a long span bridge which eliminated the need for her to wear a denture.
Matt’s front tooth had be to extracted due to severe root resorption from previous trauma. The tooth was extracted and the bone grafted with tissue and the tooth was replaced with a single tooth implant restoration.
Tina’s old composite veneers were wearing down and staining. These were replaced with new porcelain veneers.
Vicky was unhappy with the gaps with the front teeth and felt they were too short. The gaps were closed and teeth slightly lengthened with permanent porcelain veneers.
Vonny was unhappy with the discolouration and the shape of her old composite veneers. These were replaced with porcelain veneers.
